Chef Ewa has always had a deep affinity for cooking. As a native of Poland, she has dreamt of bringing her special flair to dishes from her home country. Her Polish dishes keep her close to home and give her the opportunity to share her country with others. However, Ewa’s culinary talents are not limited to Polish cuisine. She has extensive experience preparing many dishes including those with traditional American, Asian, Spanish and French/Belgian influences. She prepares each dish with that same passion and pride as the meals her mother taught her to make when she was young.
Chef Ewa graduated from The Culinary Art Institute of Washington D.C. and has held many restaurant positions ranging from line cook to Executive Chef. It is this experience that afforded her the opportunity to cook for the James Beard Foundation.
Most recently, Chef Ewa has launched her own company which allows her to bring her love of cooking into your home. Keeping family as a priority of her own, she says, “I want to give the gift of time to families, so they can spend it with their loved ones.
